4. Common Dictionaries
The system includes a set of common dictionaries that can be used when configuring document types. Administrators can add new records to dictionaries when needed.
4.1. Administrative Division
The Territorial folder in the Common Dictionaries workspace contains the following dictionaries:

Regions — a list of regions linked to a specific country.

Cities — a list of cities linked to a country or region.

Countries — a list of countries.

Administrative Units — a list of administrative units created in the system. Automatically populated when creating Countries, Regions, or Cities.

Streets — a list of streets linked to cities.

Region Types — a list of region types.

City Types — a list of city types.
4.2. Subjects
The Subjects folder in the Common Dictionaries workspace contains the following dictionaries:

External Organizations — a list of external organizations.

Employees of Counterparties — a list of employees of external organizations linked to contractors and contractor departments.

Departments of Counterparties — a list of external departments linked to contractors.

Bank Branches — a list of banks.

Physical Persons — a list of individuals.
4.3. Miscellaneous
The Miscellaneous folder in the Common Dictionaries workspace contains the following dictionaries:

Currencies — a list of world currencies.

Languages — a list of world languages.

Classifiers — a list of system classifiers (see Classifiers).
