Using the bulk signing functionality, you can sign only the contents of the Document Image attribute.
-
Open the shortcut where the Bulk Document Signing action is enabled and configured. (See the Configure Bulk Signing section.)
-
In multiple selection mode, select the checkboxes next to the documents you want to sign 1.
-
In the toolbar, select Bulk Document Signing 2.
-
In the Bulk Document Signing window, select the Sign Documents button.
-
After signing, you can view the signing status in the Status column.
Status values:
- — the document does not contain files available for signing
- — the file was signed successfully
Warning:If a document has already been signed previously, the system will sign it again. To prevent repeated signing, you can configure the shortcut or filters to display only unsigned documents.
