Note:

The Bulk Signing functionality is available only when the additional package dfx-mass-sign is installed.

3.13.1. Configure Bulk Signing

  1. Create a shortcut of the Documents type. During the creation process, pay attention to the following steps.

  2. While creating the shortcut, open the Typed tab 1.

  3. In the Document Types field 2, select the document types that you want to sign in this shortcut.

  4. Select the Action Settings button.

  5. Select the Bulk Document Signing action checkbox 1, and then select the Save button 2.

  6. In the toolbar, select Save.

3.13.2. Perform Bulk Signing

Note:

Using the bulk signing functionality, you can sign only the contents of the Document Image attribute.

  1. Open the shortcut where the Bulk Document Signing action is enabled and configured. (See the Configure Bulk Signing section.)

  2. In multiple selection mode, select the checkboxes next to the documents you want to sign 1.

  3. In the toolbar, select Bulk Document Signing 2.

  4. In the Bulk Document Signing window, select the Sign Documents button.

  5. Continue the signing process as usual.

  6. After signing, you can view the signing status in the Status column.

    Status values:

    • — the document does not contain files available for signing
    • — the file was signed successfully
    Warning:

If a document has already been signed previously, the system will sign it again. To prevent repeated signing, you can configure the shortcut or filters to display only unsigned documents.
