2.7. Forms and Templates
.7.1. Pop-up Forms
You can create a pop-up form that opens on a document form, task form, or custom directory. Through the form, you can get or set attribute values. On the pop-up form, you can place any attributes whose values the user must enter.
.7.2. Task Forms
Task forms are forms that you can add to user tasks in business processes. These forms allow users to fill in the required information when completing a specific task.
.7.3. Search Templates
Users with the Admin and Developer roles can configure search templates to search for documents or tasks in the platform by specifying the required criteria, such as document type, dates, or statuses. The search results will display the columns configured in the template as a grid.
.7.4. Email Templates
Email templates are a feature for configuring automated notifications in the system without programming. This feature replaces the legacy Report Templates mechanism and offers more flexible options for configuring communications.
.7.5. Document Templates
Document templates allow automatically generating documents in .docx format with data substitution from a system document. During generation, the platform automatically replaces placeholders in the template with document attribute values, for example: a date, an employee's full name, or an organization name. Document templates are typically used for applications, contracts, invoices, memos, acts, questionnaires, and other standard documents that are frequently created using the same structure.
.7.6. Stamp Templates
The Stamp Templates feature is only available when the additional package dfx-stamp is installed.
