2.2. Document Types
Document type is the core element of the platform, which includes the following components:
- a set of attributes required for document processing
- a list of roles involved in document processing
- a list of states a document can be in during processing
- a description of the on-screen and printed form of the document
- access rights to the document and its individual attributes in different states.
The Document Types shortcut in the navigation menu allows you to create custom configurations for different document types. These configurations can then be used as a document template.

Document Type Attributes
Attributes are components added to a document for entering and displaying information. Attributes can be various document elements, such as a project name, product price, document signing date, or a hyperlink to a company website.
