2.10. Integrations
The platform provides four primary integration mechanisms:
-
REST API Integration — enables interaction with any external website or service through a REST API. For example, you can use this integration to connect to the website of the National Bank of Ukraine and automatically retrieve up-to-date currency exchange rates.
-
External Systems — enables data exchange between Nectainium systems or between systems that meet the integration requirements. After configuring an external system integration, you can set up message exchange between your system and the connected integration.
-
Mail Processing — a group of actions that allows you to integrate the platform with email services for managing email messages.
-
DocuSign — integration with an electronic document signing service. This integration allows users to connect their DocuSign account to Nectainium, send documents for signature, and track envelope statuses in real time.
.10.1. REST API Integration
The REST API Integration functionality is available only with the installation of the additional package messaging-external-api.
.10.2. External Systems
External systems are other Nectainium environments with which message exchange is configured. You can add a connection between systems to later configure message exchange between them.
.10.3. Email Processing
The Email Processing feature is available only when the additional package messaging-mail is installed.
.10.4. Docusign
The Docusign Integration feature is available only when the additional package dfx-docusign is installed.
.10.5. Import from S3 Storage
S3 storage is a file storage solution that allows you to store large volumes of data in the cloud or in your own infrastructure and access it via API. Connecting S3 storage to Nectainium is useful when documents come from external systems, integrations, or are stored outside the platform. This enables automated file import, document creation, or document recognition without manual uploading.
